  Accountancy needs met

Quickbooks Pro is used as an interface for all accountancy transactions, so all invoicing/billing/receiving payments/reports are posted to Quickbooks and completed within this established and sophisticated accountancy package. All these transactions can then be produced in the many and varied reports available in QB.

The deals dialogue allows a deal to be created between the landlord and tenant with the relevant tenancy dates and payments(weekly or monthly). All the documentation can then be created for the landlord/tenant for the tenancy agreement along with a schedule of payments that can be posted as invoices/bills to Quickbooks Pro if required.

  Display property information & get in contact with customers

Sophisticated applicant matching and emailing can save thousands of pounds a year in printing and mailing costs, and ensures that property details (including full details and images) are sent to customers quickly and efficiently. Match new properties to all existing applicants and e-mail them all in seconds with full property particulars. For applicants without e-mail addresses or do not wish to be contacted by e-mail, the applicant matching can produce summary sheets with images for traditional posting. New applicants can also be matched with existing properties in the same manner. When a customer receives an e-mail, summary descriptions of all properties with an image are displayed in the received e-mail (the images are linked seamlessly from Thesaurus servers and are not sent with each e-mail, as the overheads needed in bulk emailing would be excessive). A full description hyperlink is also available for each property, displaying all internal room descriptions and additional images.

The package includes a customisable property search for your company web site and the ability to update it instantaneously at the click of a button. There is no need to change your ISP/Webmaster as Thesaurus can supply the code needed to imbed in your existing site.

  Customised sales particulars

Producing customised sales particulars is simple. Universal comes with over 25 standard letters that can be simply edited to accommodate individual needs using the Microsoft Word interface. Once standard templates have been created, as many copies of window cards/full details/summary sheets can be produced as required. Used in conjunction with a digital camera and colour laser printer, Universal assists estate agents in the production of sales particulars, advertising copy, generation of standard letters, forms and mailing lists. From initial valuation, through viewings and final notification of sale, Universal enables the tracking and production of documents on all aspects of property sales. Advertising dialogues allow you to create, print and monitor advertising literature.

An integrated diary enables staff to be aware of all appointments/viewings/meetings for everyone within the office. Accompanied viewings, financial advice, keys handover, valuations and many others meetings can be put into the diary for effective time/date management.
